Information we collect
Apni Chai may collect mobile number, name, office name, stall details, address, location selected by seller, menu items, tea entries, payment status, uploaded UPI QR image, and payment screenshots.
How we use information
We use this information to provide login, seller registration, customer stall selection, tea entry management, khata diary, payment verification, reports, notifications, and support.
Payments
Apni Chai does not process payments through a payment gateway. Customers scan the seller’s UPI QR and seller manually verifies payment information.
Location
Location is used to show nearby tea stalls and save tea stall location when the seller allows permission. Users can deny permission, but nearby search may be limited.
Data sharing
We do not sell user data. Information may be shared only between seller and customer where required for tea entries, khata, payment verification, and support.
Security
We use app login tokens and server-side access checks. Users should not share OTP, Google login access, or account details with others.
